The Prime Minister, Theresa May, and the Secretary of State for Business, Greg Clark, have laid out the vision for reform in corporate governance to facilitate effective, entrepreneurial and prudent management that can deliver the long-term success. It is now over to key stakeholders to take the proposals forward.
