Manifest recently joined the SWIFT network for our global vote execution and selected Financial Tradeware as its technology and
connectivity partner. Financial Tradeware Plc., incorporated in the UK since 1997, is a leading provider of STP Portfolio Management and Brokerage
software for Investment Managers, Investments Funds and Hedge Funds. Since its inception Financial Tradeware has established a strong European base,
with offices in London, Rome, Geneva and Brussels. Manifest will be using Financial Tradeware's Member Administered Closed User Group (MA-CUG)
functionality. Financial Tradeware is the Service Administrator of the MA-CUG, whilst Service Sponsor is Européenne de Gestion Privée SA, an
investment management company authorised by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF, formerly the COB) since 30th
April 2006, registration number

Manifest has an alliance with US proxy advisory and voting service,
PROXY Governance Inc. (PGI).
In this reciprocal deal PROXY
Governance’s clients access Manifest’s research providing full coverage of companies in the European, Australian and New Zealand markets as well
as other global markets. Manifest’s clients, meanwhile, will be able to access PROXY
Governance’s research and voting recommendations for US companies.
