Manifest offers electronic vote
Manifest, a corporate governance voting agency, has launched what it
says is the first on-line service that helps pension funds vote at company AGMs
in real-time.
Manifest VOTE Plus is a straight-through electronic voting service, it
has been developed in close association with Lloyds, TSB Registrars, the
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Department of
Trade & Industry.
