Manifest awarded Morley vote management

Morley Fund Management has appointed proxy voting agency
Manifest to provide its latest vote management system.
The system will allow additional information to be incorporated in the
fund manager's governance criteria, along with verification that votes have
been cast.
Commenting on the appointment of Manifest, John Parrott, Morley
director of corporate governance, said: "We have always believed in the power
of effective corporate governance and we are convinced of the benefits of using
a professional vote management service."
The win follows recent Manifest appointments at Clerical Medical
and Lincolnshire County Council.
