Manifest wins Morley
PROXY voting agency Manifest has won a contract from
Morley Fund Management to supply its vote management system.
John Parrott, director compliance and corporate governance, said: "Such
a service enables us to make informed corporate voting choices and implement
these policies by using our votes effectively.
"Commercial Union's merger with General Accident has been a catalyst
for us to ensure that the majority of our funds have the ability to make
considered voting choices in accordance with each of our clients stated
corporate governance policies."

delighted to have this endorsement of the value and quality of our service from
CGU's UK institutional asset management arm."
Last month Manifest won contracts from Clerical Medical and
Lincolnshire County Council.
