Activities:
Facilitates partnerships and promotes fresh thinking between government,

It invests in science and technology, and helps ensure its successful
exploitation. Aims to ensure that a successful economy is underpinned by secure,
sustainable and affordable energy.
The DTI also champions British interests globally and promotes global free
trade.
