What data is available?

Manifest analyses quoted companies for corporate governance data points – currently over 1,200 of the UK’s quoted plcs and almost 500 Continental European issuers.

With almost 500 governance-related data items per company, the list is too extensive to show here. In addition to board biographies, we analyse committee structures, length of service, total remuneration, new and existing option schemes, proxy poll voting levels and much more besides. Data can be presented by, for example, Economic Group, Sector, Market Cap., Turnover. We offer a variety of delivery formats including the usual spreadsheet or WP document formats.

Manifest's data is extremely high quality and goes through rigorous data checking processes. Our team of well-trained UK-based data analysts talk directly to primary information sources to iron out any issues before publication. Much of our data is updated Daily and is derived from primary sources by our UK-based team.

Off-the-shelf Requests

How Much Does the Service Cost?

To help you with budgeting you will be given an estimate of the likely cost of your project and what data can be obtained. The initial cost of setting up the project - including detailed feasibility - is set at £100 + vat which includes the first 30 minutes of research time. Straightforward requests are charged on the basis of time taken plus a data charge. Complex projects can be priced on an agreed basis. Discounts apply for academic institutions.
