Research Analysts

Do you enjoy writing and have an interest in current business affairs? As a potential analyst you will probably already have at minimum a good first degree in law or another analytical degree (2(i) or above). You may additionally have completed a business-related masters or professional qualification in accounting, law or company secretarial practice, or be thinking about it. If so, you might be what we are looking for. As a Research Analyst you will develop a thorough knowledge of Company Law, Listing Rules and best practice guidelines on corporate governance and executive remuneration. The ideal candidate will have a lively interest in current business affairs and be interested in looking beyond the headlines. Key attributes of a successful candidate would include good communication skills and the ability to grasp new ideas quickly.

Data Analysts

The ideal candidate will have fast and confident keyboard skills, a meticulous eye for detail and above all, good problem-solving skills. Good telephone skills are also essential as you will be finding out key information on short time scales. Prior knowledge of corporate governance is not essential for this role as comprehensive training will be provided in-house and through external courses including CLAIT PLUS, together with vocational courses, leading to the Investment Administration Qualification. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 A levels or possibly a 2(ii) Bachelors degree, with GCSE Maths and English A-C at minimum. Sandwich-year students are welcome to apply.
